Conditions

The maximum amount for a guarantee is € 1,0 million the longest term runs to 23 years, the average term runs for approximately 10 years. Loans are guaranteed for a maximum of 80 %. A fee amounting to 1,0 % of the guarantee sum is charged at the time of application; after that, a guarantee commission amounting as a rule to 0,8 % p.a. of the credit amount. Business activity is limited to the state of Baden-Württemberg.
